We loved the food and staff. Relaxing base for city break in Dalhousie. Sher e punjab, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option:)))

Perfect getaway for a romantic escape! the room was cozy, clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the snowy hills. the staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant. the hotel is located close to the main market, making it easy for us to explore the town.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky to find, and the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and informative about the hotel amenities. the lack of heating in the room made it uncomfortable during the chilly winter nights.

The location of this budget resort is great, as it is near the market, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. the restaurant on-site, although with some service issues, offers decent food. the staff is supportive and caring, providing a home away from home experience for families. Guests can enjoy the small outdoor lawn, perfect for relaxing before dinner. the rooms are decent and the bathrooms provide necessary toiletries. the breakfast provided, although not exceptional, includes options like jam-bread and boiled eggs.
The hotel lacks proper signage and entrance, making it difficult to find.

The holiday season was made even better with the two amazing features offered at the hotel. the quality of the food was really impressive. the rooms were equipped with large windows that provided a scenic view of nature. The location of the hotel was also perfect, it was close to key attractions and the staff made sure the shuttle was always available to take us around.
The heating systems in the rooms were not up to standard which made it quite cold during the night. the parking lot was quite a distance from the hotel, which made it quite difficult to bring in luggage, and the staff could have been more helpful with this.
